The
Trophée de l'Avenir 1975 leaves a lot of questions. The calendar
consists of 8 races, I know only seven. The points table after race 6
(the only thing I have) gives too many points for Walkinshaw, yet too
few points for Frankenhout/Vermeulen.
The
subsequent Tropheé Trans Europe/Diners Club Trophy is even more
difficult to reseach. There must have been something in 1977, for 1978
I have results of a few races but not the final calendar; besides that,
I'd like to know the champion! Perhaps Bauer or Spice? For 1976, I need
results of Albi, and Zolder to finish the picture. There are pictures
on the site for Kraljevo, but the drivers are unknown to me. Anyone?
I'd like to have an entry list for the Dijon 1987 500 km race - some pictures can't be identified.
An
entry list for the 1974 Joisten Trophy and the Formula 1 support race
for the Nürburgring would be welcome to identify some more pictures.
The
biggest question to date is the 1963 championship table. What I know is
that the first 5 in the championship were equal on points, and that the
overall result of the Nürburgring round was the decider of the
championship.
Now all five had five class victories each - apart
from Nöcker, who had four wins and a second. How could he become
champion, with two points less than his competitors?
I miss some names for the picture section of 1966
The
British Touring Car Championship seems to have its own rules - for
nearly each year, it's impossible for me to match the scores of the
race with the final championship standings. A points table for any year up to the 90's is most welcome!
