Still no opposition for Porsche this year. Kremer was absent in the title fight this year, but both Loos and Tebernum entered the championship with up to three cars each. It seemed the title would go Loos' way, but disagreements about the legality of the works-prepared cars finally moved the title to the Tebernum camp.
